The project consists of four clearly identified functional entities that constitute the facility:
- An aquatic area comprising a fitness pool (25m x 25m, 10 lanes) and adjoining 400-seat tiered seating (for dry and wet feet), followed by a 450 m2 learners’ pool, a 40 m2 paddling pool and an indoor slide with several lanes, along with all the ancillary amenities (changing rooms, etc.) required.
– An independent balneotherapy area with its own changing rooms, accessed directly from the reception hall and equipped with a separate large pool dedicated to wellness and relaxation. It also features saunas, hammams and a Jacuzzi.
– On the first floor, two fitness rooms with cardio and biking equipment complement the aquatic activities on offer.
– A restaurant that can be operated totally independently of the sports facilities rounds off this large-scale programme.
